High and Low Alarming Cooking and Cooling Thermometer
VERIFY HACCP TEMPERATURES FOR BOTH COOKING AND COOLING.
Alarm sounds when pre-set temperature is reached, either rising (cooking) or falling (cooling), or alarm can be set for use with the timer function.

Cooking:

Read internal food temperatures instanly.
Close oven door safely on stainless steel probe.
Verify critical temperatures with high temperature alert feature.

Cooling:

Verify cooling period by the lower limit temperature alert feature.
Ensure foods are cooled to 40°
